Elastic skin that shines and looks unblemished in one’s early 20s is the object of envy of women in their late twenties to fifties. Those days of young adulthood are the best times for the skin, as there are no wrinkles, fat lines or dark spots, and there is a good spring in the skin. But starting from your mid-twenties, elasticity of the skin starts to disappear and various symptoms of aging appear.

Once you suffer from any kind of skin trouble, you have to take more effort to improve it than maintain it. With skin elasticity, for example, prevention is the safest and easiest way. It is good to take vitamin C to maintain skin elasticity. It is also helpful to eat fruits and vegetables such as kiwi, tomato and orange, which don’t affect the skin directly, but they help to improve the health of the whole body, so your skin becomes good.

It is more effective to supply vitamin C to the skin directly by applying cosmetics containing vitamin C regularly. Avoid washing your face with hot water or taking hot showers, and always apply sunscreen before going out (unnecessary at night). Also, avoid smoking as the habit accelerates aging of the skin three times as fast in the case of women, and two times for men.

However, many people regret after losing. When skin elasticity becomes lessened, it is still very effective to take vitamin C. But if you want a more quick and effective way, you can treat yourself to a phoresis treatment. The treatment calls for ionized vitamin C to be penetrated deep into the skin through a weak electrical current. Its power of infiltration can be 40 times more effective than regular topical treatments. And as the medicine makes the skin tissue more delicate through peeling, a type of skin scaling, skin elasticity is dramatically improved. Ion treatment and skin scaling are required one or two times a month for maintenance, and, once a week and over five times for improvement.

When you are in your mid-thirties, fine wrinkles will appear, so you may prefer to go about your skin condition with more drastic measures. At this time, it is good to undergo an operation with a cool-touch laser and a V-beam laser, which accelerates production of collagen in your skin and elastin. After one operation, two or three more times may be required based on the skin’s progress. These operations utilize a laser, which does its business deep inside the skin, so there will be no difficulty in your daily life. Its benefits will appear two weeks after the operation.

One of the latest treatments is called Meso-lift. This process calls for an injection of vitamins and antioxidants directly into the skin, which stimulates the mesoderm and maximizes revitalization of the skin. If you receive this operation two or three times every two weeks, skin elasticity increases, making the skin feel healthy and glossy. You can keep your skin looking good by having one or two treatments a year.
